The Connected Mother : Foundational Guide

I am honored to share with you this beautiful guidebook that has been in the works for a while now. It's a big part of my own practice and my own healing.

The intention for the guidebook is to create a strong foundation, bringing a sense of ease and peace into your body, mind and spirit.

As a mother to young children, navigating moves, grief, financial debt, job transitions, and so much more, I found that these pillars were always available and always supportive... when applied. There have been seasons that I couldn't get myself to consider any of them and my mental health suffered. There have been seasons that sitting with my eyes closed, intentionally slowing my breathing down while rocking a baby to sleep was my meditation and rest combined. There have been seasons where movement was dancing in the kitchen and stretching before bed. When prayer was crying on the floor begging for God to lift me up. It's important we honor the season we're in. Continue to come back to the foundational pillars. Notice the shifts. When we do this, we begin to come back to our self.

The foundation is what supports you. When it's strong and something knocks you off your feet, you're able find your footing more easily. If it's unstable, you (or life) may feel out of control or anxious. This is a beautiful workbook and guide no matter where you might be on your journey.

The ‘connected mother’ has many different meanings, whether it’s a mother with a child, in connection with mother earth, and/or the mother within (us all).

There are five chapters, each focusing on a specific pillar :

  • Water

  • Rest

  • Nourishment

  • Movement

  • Meditation / Prayer

  • Bonus chapter! Printables ranging from daily support, grounding exercises, a beautiful recipe, rituals and more.

There are many tips, sweet reminders, ideas, journal prompts, and more.

The digital purchase includes a downloadable PDF. A total of 36 pages.

Please do not share or distribute. This exchange is how I'm able to support my family. Thank you for understanding.

Green Compass : CBD

This is an excellent tool in any and every mother’s toolbox. I started my journey with CBD because of my son who had debilitating anxiety and OCD. Him and I started taking the jellies together and he was quicker to respond than I was. I went in with curiosity around my depression. I was reaching some significant lows and needed some additional support. Once I became consistent (consistency is KEY), that’s when I started feeling the shift.

I decided to join Green Compass with the intention for supporting mothers and children. Here is what I love most :

  • It’s organically grown, which is my number one must! The hemp plant itself absorbs everything in it’s environment so it’s important that people buy organic.

  • They’re only using the hemp flower, not the whole plant so it’s very potent. The leaves and stem act as a filler.

  • It’s a family owned business. Meredith, one of the founders began her CBD journey to assist with her own depression & ultimately created this company because there wasn’t anything on the market that she was comfortable giving her kids.

  • There’s a QR code on the bottom of every container so you can see what’s in it and where it was grown.

  • The collagen has been a huge part in my hair growth. I had lost a significant amount in the recent years and was starting to affect me.

  • So much more!

If you’re wondering where to start, I always recommend the balance and restore bundle. You get the jellies AND the tincture. I go over these two things in the video below. If you have questions or curious about becoming an advocate, email me : lisaethiele@gmail.com
