The foundation of my work is built on: God, deep listening, and connection. If you’ve worked with me in the past, I no longer do Reiki or energy work. I work directly with God. My work is simple, but powerful. Beginning in prayer, listening deeply, helping you to gently release the grip, to ground into the present moment - allowing you to live a life with fresh eyes.
Each session is designed with the intention to create space to unwind, to connect with your mind, body and spirit - deepening your relationship and your trust in God. Together, we’ll bring light to blind spots, shift perspective, release emotions, and ground into a place of trust. The result? When you feel connected to God, feel His love and to experience His glory, you begin to feel more connected, more clarity, more peace, and a sense of wholeness.

ABOUT ME
MY NAME IS Lisa Thiele
My family and I live in Nashville, Tennessee.
I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. I say I grew up religious, but in a non-religious home. I’m so thankful that Jesus found me at a young age. I went to the local Christian camp, participated in bible studies, did YoungLife (with my now husband), had my little Precious Moments Bible.
Although I detoured, God never left my side.
After college I went straight into the advertising world. Eventually burnt out, I became an entrepreneur, as a food blogger and a recipe developer. Later, I went to work for Starbucks corporate on their social media team. After the death of my mom, I left and became a Reiki practitioner and teacher. Several years in, I felt God pull me out, so I stepped away to focus on being a mother.
I prayed and asked God how I was here to serve. With the gift of hearing God, He nudged me to return with a God centered and led practice, which is where I am today. Helping people strengthen their connection to themselves and to God.
