The building blocks. Moving from the foundation (workbooks) to alignment (healing sessions) to then expansion (trainings). Training and attuning to Reiki, expands you to greater possibility, within and all around you.
Reiki means : Universal Life Force Energy. It's an energy that is within us all. It's through the attunement process that you are attuned to a higher vibration and become an opening for healing energy to flow through you.
This is for anyone who's ready to learn and experience their own power, energy and gifts. Each “level” is peeling off another layer, allowing you to get deeper within yourself. Whether you place your hands on yourself, the food you prepare, the soil in your garden, the children in your home or the people you serve, it's all needed.
The most frequently asked question: “Is this only for people who want to practice on others?” The answer is no. You'll receive everything you need to practice on others, but it's truly the most beautiful gift we can give ourselves.
My intention is that you will leave feeling more connected to your body, a stronger intuition, an expanded awareness and the most beautiful gift ~ being a channel for healing energy.

This weekend is more than a traditional Reiki Training. This is an experience that will allow you to awaken the healer within.
Building the foundation. Expanding & imagining. Receiving. Seeing (or possibly understanding more of) the magic & beauty that’s within. Just a snippet of what the weekend holds.
Reiki I is referred to as Shoden in the Japanese language, which means ‘first teachings’. Learning the history, the principles, what Reiki is & the benefits, self treatment and treating others, and a lot more!
You will go through an attunement process or a series of initiations (spread out throughout the day) which is an Ancient technology, tuning you to a higher vibrational level. In this, you become a channel for flowing Reiki.
You will leave feeling more connected to your body, a stronger intuition, an expanded awareness and the most beautiful gift of Reiki. You’ll have the tools to treat yourself AND others.
I will use my intuition to guide the group, sharing both the Western and Eastern approaches to Reiki, lessons and teachings from my teachers / mentors, plus my own experience and the modalities that I weave into my practice.
I’m here to be of service and to share the gift of Reiki with those who feel called to receive. This is a beautiful gift for anyone looking to go deeper in their healing journey. Truly, it's for any and everyone. Reiki has been one of the most powerful gifts in my healing journey.

Reiki Expansion, Part I was the opening and the activation of the healer within. Part II, we walk into the opening. You’ll tap into your inner wisdom. You’ll ground more into the practice, which then allows you to build upon the foundation, previously set in Part I.
Reiki II is also referred to as Okuden in the Japanese language, which means inner teachings or hidden teachings.
Over the weekend, you'll be attuned to the higher levels of Reiki energy. You'll receive the three symbols, as well as the mantras. You'll learn how to perform distant Reiki/healing. There will be hands on practice, on yourself and others.
I will use my intuition to guide the group, sharing both the Western and Eastern approaches to Reiki, lessons and teachings from my teachers / mentors, plus my own experience and the modalities that I weave into my practice.
