Mothering the Mother

I’ve always felt the call to support mothers, even from an early age when I took my first job in babysitting. Then becoming a mother, losing a mother and living a hundred lives in between, my experience taught me that mothers need more support. The emotional, mental and physical weight is not sustainable for one person. If we don’t have proper support, we often disconnect from ourselves and our community. When grief is involved, it can have this invisible chokehold on you, slowly pulling you away from your old life and propelling you into the unknown.

My work here is to connect with mothers. To listen deeply. To see them fully. To help soften their hearts enough to receive. To release trapped emotions, which can cause dis-ease in the body. To find peace and presence within themselves.

When a mother receives this support it allows her to become an extraordinary mother to herself, to our children and to the world.

The principles of my work include: God, love, support, intuition, compassion and truth.

If you’re willing to show up, you have the potential to change your life.

To create a foundation, a practice that supports you in any and every life situation. Strengthening your intuition, reconnecting with your body and remembering why you are here, all while allowing healing to occur on every level.

I’m a space holder, guide, teacher, and a student. I’ve studied Reiki for several years with different teachers and over time, I have my own version that I practice. For me, I believe God is universal energy and I invite Him to be apart of any healing that may take place.

My intention in every session, is to create space for healing, which is between you and God. When blocks and energy is moved, when the mind gets quiet, you’re able to move into a place of clarity and balance.

TESTIMONIALS

I am surprised every time I meditate with you! I’m in awe of the physical sensations and light surrounding me. Every group meditation feels like it was custom created for me and what I need in that moment. I always feel lighter, grounded and more open to others and my world after a meditation. You have guided me into my heart space and I have uncovered hurts that I didn’t know existed!

I Believe

The power and ability to heal is within us all.

The human body is always communicating. Our job is to listen.

With awareness, curiosity, and compassion, comes healing.

Self-care is a non-negotiable.

To heal simply means returning to one’s true self.

ABOUT ME

MY NAME IS Lisa Thiele

I was born and raised in Seattle, but currently living in Nashville TN with my husband and our three boys.

I became a mom in 2012. We were living in Portland OR at the time and shortly after we had our first, we moved back to our hometown and I was asked to come work for a well-known corporation. Juggling motherhood and corporate life.

Then in 2014, my mom was diagnosed with a brain tumor. She died six months later. I was pregnant at the time. Navigating the biggest loss I could have imagined, mothering a small child and growing another, while working - I went numb. It was through the grieving process, my spiritual and healing journey deepened. I studied, attended workshops, participated in Reiki trainings.

In 2016 after we had our third, we moved to Santa Barbara for my husband’s job. I left my career and overnight, became a stay at home mom.

Im 2017, I began my work with Reiki & energy healing. In 2019 I became a Reiki Master and have trained and worked with incredible healers and other Reiki Masters.

In 2023 I paused my work to focus on being a mother. At the time my husband was living across the county for work and I was single parenting. I suffered mentally and emotionally.

In 2024 we moved to Nashville TN. I grew up knowing & loving God and He was missing in my work. I had prayed over my role as a “healer” for over a year and felt the nudge to return with a God centered and led practice, which is where I am today.
